The plot for the house is located on the coast of the Pacific Ocean.
The main facade facing the noisy road, designed as a high fence, is an acoustic barrier, turning the house and the courtyard into an oasis of calm, where the swimming pool and the fire pit create a cozy atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy the warmth and comfort in the open air.
The flat roof above the barbecue, designed as an upper terrace, will be an ideal place to spend time in the fresh air, contemplating the stunning ocean views.
Elegant minimalist design, functionality and comfort are the main features of the character of this house.
