“Harmony” is a local brand with the aim of helping people in their journey towards a positive mental well-being. Harmony combines the power of essential oils, and crystals to aid in self-meditation and healing from mental illnesses. The heart of this project lies in the guidebook, crafted to provide insightful techniques, exercises, and affirmations to navigate the complexities of mental health. Complementing this guidebook are carefully selected essential oils known for their therapeutic properties that promote relaxation, clarity, and emotional balance. Additionally, handpicked crystals, revered for their energetic properties, enhance the healing process by fostering a sense of calm and spiritual alignment، with some other materials that help with calmness and stress such as stress balls, fidgets, and more. Each element of the kit functions in harmony with the other to empower individuals on their journey towards mental well-being, offering a complete plan that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. Growing up as a teen who suffered from depression and anxiety has significantly impacted how I view things, this is one of the main reasons for this project. Harmony is the key to well being.
