MOPA
My Inspiration photos were taken at MOPA in downtown San Diego and then two of the recreation images were also taken at MOPA, the other three were taken in San Marcos. The photo at the bottom is just a photo of me with my sticker showing that I was there :). To Be Honest, I was not the biggest fan of either of the exhibits and it was hard to find images that I found inspiring. I settled on a few images that I thought would look the coolest as a recreation and I wanted to make sure that I picked one image that was in color. The colored image that I chose was by Michael Wolf and it honestly inspired me the most because I love color in my photography and not many of the images there were in color. Overall, the experience was pretty good. I do not normally go to museums so being able to experience a photography museum with having a little bit of experience was pretty cool. I did forget the names of the two exhibitions, but I liked the exhibition on the right more than the left side because it felt as if the photos on the left side were more drawings rather than realistic photos. I did also enjoy looking at a few photos by Lewis Morley because his artwork felt a bit more realistic than the rest in a way. It was a great place, and I met a few great people.
