For this assignment, we used lines to symbolize different emotions. These images capture the full creative process that went into this project. The emphasis was on how designers sketch and generate ideas, as well as how to iterate through your work until you have a final draft that you are happy with.

The initial phase involved brainstorming a range of emotions, defining them, and identifying their synonyms, as well as exploring how they could be depicted using the DRAWS principles

My next phase involved sketching and learning how to formulate these emotions into lines.

This is my final draft of the emotive line project. I tried utilizing both color and text to emphasize the emotions being portrayed.
