This project redefines the very essence of housing,  shifting it from a static structure to a dynamic product  that can respond, adapt, and adjust itself in response to changing needs and desires of its inhabitants, both in the present and future.
CONCEPT
The project is composed of two main parts: an on site Central unit (core) that's conventionally structured, and 3 prefabricated, adjustable modular systems, each serves certain functions of the house.
The central unit within this architectural project serves as the vital spine that intricately links and harmonizes the various components of the house into a unified whole.  Functioning as a unifying element, it seamlessly integrates the house with the broader urban grid. It provides fixed circulation and structural support on a micro scale, while serving as a permanent infrastructure link to the larger compound and the entire city on a macro scale. This dual functionality underscores its pivotal role in the design, offering cohesion and functionality.
The kit
The Kit offers different and various scenarios for how the modules are going to act and function on each level as it offers an expandable options for futuristic events. Furthermore,  It offers a versatile solution that allows individuals to tailor their homes to meet their unique needs, whether those needs are financial, social, or driven by personal preferences.

The prototypes
These prototypes represents the different scenario that The kit can offer for different families. it also shows how much expandability can the villa take in response to futuristic events.
THE PLANS
The single, "Standard" villa has a basement, ground and first floor, with the option of expanding a second floor in the future.
