During my internship over the summer of 2014, I was working side by side with the developer and the lead designer (my boss) to create an entirely new look for the edit profile page for members. One of goals was to increase the amount of useage and to really motivate the user to utilize the personalized settings which has been a challenge for the ICSC. Considering how diverse of a demographic ICSC members are, we had to keep in consideration our audience (anywhere from 22 year olds to 85 year olds) and the level of technology they were comfortable with using. After two months worth of research, wireframing, prototyping, and numerous skype calls to the developer, we came out with a more user friendly, modern take on the edit profile page.
