About
PWA is a part of an enterprise level B2B web application used by a Tax company for their clients. It is also a first in the industry product offering.
I was tasked with designing an end-to-end solution for the same. It has over 50 screens.
The design journey has involved thorough exploration of the target user's workflow and the task was mostly around three global goals:
1. Set up a system of gathering necessary information required by the users.
2. Show the user the tasks needed to be performed and their status.
3. Facilitate the user to undertake the tasks involved.
The ideation and design solution involved taking into account the existing working style of our users, their working environment and general usability requirements to create a system which promotes the shallowest learning curve for our users, thus increasing their productivity and shortening training time, thus boosting profit.
The ultimate focus was to provide a seamless and intuitive journey between the aforementioned steps 1 to 3.
