    In this second instalment of Organimals, I introduce you to Avocatoad, Slothana and Swalrus. I'm fortunate enough to be able to state that I rarely have to remake any of my carvings and these three individuals were of that mould. Read Less

Approaching the task of Avocatoad, I was quite nervous but knew the texture would work perfectly for an amphibian. This Organimal (with background) has actually been mistaken for a real animal, although I'm not sure how.

Slothana was made from the smallest item so far: a dried grape. I also made this in the shortest time of any Organimal. When magnified, it did lose some of the original shape however but remained identifiable.

For quite some time, Swalrus was my pride and joy. It required a lot of time, the perfect sweet potato and a lot of skill. But I was very happy with the end product.
