Physician Mix and Mingle: Connecting Colleagues through Colorful Design

Last year, I had the privilege of spearheading a vibrant design project for Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital's "Physician Mix and Mingle" event, a dynamic gathering aimed at fostering connections among new practitioners and their colleagues. Infused with the spirit of summer, the design concept radiated warmth and vibrancy, mirroring the excitement of the occasion.

At the heart of the project was the creation of an inviting invitation that set the tone for the event. Bursting with colorful graphics evoking the essence of the season, the invitation served as a beacon, drawing attendees into an atmosphere of camaraderie and celebration.

In addition to the invitation, we crafted a sleek booklet showcasing the new physicians, their specialties, and affiliations. This personalized touch not only honored the incoming practitioners but also facilitated meaningful introductions and conversations among attendees. Complementing the booklet was a striking poster prominently displayed at the event, featuring snapshots of the new physicians alongside their professional details.
