Kūki is a studio project I completed for the Summer 2014 semester at DAAP.
We were tasked to redesign a homegood item around a chosen design mentor's aesthetic.
Kūki is Japanese for air.
The Kūki's companion app for iOS.
The Kūki's footprint is a familiar 8.5 x 11 in.
The logo I designed is abstracted from the device's profile.
I chose Brandon Grotesque and Brandon Text for the typeface for its soft geometry.
Thanks for viewing! My portfolio, which contains this project and more,
