A highly complex scenario; the site to be built upon is currently an organically evolved thoroughfare and there exist many factors which will be severely affected by the design solution. Factors to be considered include class, caste and socio-economic condition of current end-user, change in their movement and interaction patterns and the issue of creating a space which extends into and brings in people from a public place, thus blurring the boundary between the two. Finally, a space which hosts privately owned functions but ultimately are for the city.
