Personal project about (Soummam لبن)
In 1993, Laiterie Soummam was founded by the Hamitouche family, originally from the town of Akbou in northern Algeria. In 2000, it opened a new modern production site meeting international standards. Since 2009, the dairy has launched an ambitious milk production program involving independent farmers and collection and transport centers across the country.
