A CNC Milling Machine Assembly project, my first ever professional project. I worked with a team of senior engineers on the assembly of the machine and in the process we machined a few parts of our own as well. Fabrication was not in the scope of this project. We tested and calibrated the machine after assembly with a precision of 0.05 mm. I personally worked on the design and machining of the counter-weight mechanism to support the spindle bridge of the machine.
