I was asked to do a wedding invite for a friend, a version of which I uploaded earlier. This is the version that is finally going into production. The brief was a personalised version of a Satyajit Ray's Sandesh magazine cover. I maintained the color scheme and the layout grid, but adapted everything else. The back layout also maintains old pulp film posters theme in the type treatment, though more western than Indian.
