Toneacity Graphic Design Exhibit

'Toneacity'  is an exhibit that I created to educate on the condition Color Vision Deficiency (CVD) also known inaccurately as 'Color Blindness'. The title 'Toneacity' is a play on the word tenacity, a word that means perseverance. Since the exhibit is related to color, I also combined 'tenacity' with the word 'tone' to relate it to the topic of CVD. The vision of this project was to inform in the disability itself as well as highlight the issues that come with the use of technology and how to improve graphic design for these users. The highlights of this exhibit include; a guide to CVD and how to create elements that are CVD friendly, an interactive prototype for those without CVD to understand how an individual with CVD sees, and a solution presented as an animation to show how designers can make the digital realm more accessible for CVD.

This was one of the most rewarding projects I've done as a graphic designer. I only had 4 months to complete everything from the book I wrote to the finer details and decorations. In the future, I would like to pursue the creation of the app (or perhaps a program extension) which would be accessible on all devices. I am beyond proud on what I accomplished with the amount of time I was given and cannot express my thanks for those who supported me along the way, I am extremely grateful.
