“Lightening up” is my point of view on lightness for the Cosebelle contest.
I chose the dandelion as a metaphor of breathing out and letting go. Living in such a fast world puts a lot of pressure on our shoulders. Everyday we carry such a heavy load of thoughts, rush, worries, anxiety, stress … To relieve our overwhelmed mind we need to drop that weight and embrace lightness not only as a feeling of levity but also as a state of mind.
