We engaged Tony and Dylan for our new house. They were very detailed and responsive. They came out with the design after considering our needs and preference and also offer good suggestions. They managed the whole reno project very well and they're able to solve any problems that cropped up -- we didn't have to worry about it at all. Overall, we were very happy with the design and workmanship.

I would like to send my greatest gratitude to both my IDs Tony & Cathryn for creating a gorgeous home for my family. As we were in a rather “rushed” situation to move in, Tony & Cathryn have seriously taken that into account and ensured the renovation works were executed/completed in a timely manner, in fact the completion was achieved ahead of schedule. Although there have been some issues along the way, every single one of them were resolved professionally with haste - Most of these issues somehow surfaced unexpectedly during odd hours. Upon receiving my distress, both Tony & Cathryn responded with solutions and made arrangement for the relevant party to come fix the issue (within 30mins) and all these were accomplished at the expense of their non-business working hours and weekend times. Carpentry works were remarkable but that’s what RnR were known for and so my expectations were high since day 1. And I wasn’t disappointed. Price was no doubt on the high side. However, taking into consideration the current inflation, high labour costs, professionalism, first class service, quality of carpentry, timely/expedited completion, magnitude of work, I would have chosen this company again amongst other choices. To be more specific, I would have chosen particularly these 2 IDs of this company again.

My renovation journey with RNR has been a pleasant one. My IDs Tony and Dylan were very professional, patient and responsive. Although there is a slight hiccup at the start causing abit of delay to the timeline, I am still able to move into my beautiful home as planned. We’re very happy with the design ideas and space planning for our kitchen cabinets and master bedroom cabinets, which really suit our needs. They have always been responsive and patient answering all our queries even after working hours and not forgetting meetings with us on weekends and public holidays. I would like to thank them for their hard work and patience. Definitely recommend them to others!

We had engaged Rezt & Relax to do a facelift of our 25 years old HDB 5-room flat at Sengkang estate. Both Tony Poh (Senior ID) and Cathryn Ling (ID) were assigned to us by the company. From the renovation commenced till its completion, both Tony & Cathryn had been extremely patience and accommodative to our requests. At the same time, the duo had provided us with a lot of practical and useful ideas during the renovation. Of course, there were defects here and there along the way, especially at the end of the renovation. However both had displayed their man management skills to coordinate with the respective contractors to get the errors and defects rectified within a short period. My relatives and friends had visited our renovated home recently and all had given a thumb up for the workmanship of the renovation. In particularly, they were impressed with the flooring tiles work, and carpentry work as well as the two bathrooms renovation work. Due to inflation, our expenses for our home renovation had automatically increase. However my wife and I felt that the monies spent worth for it as it provided us with an almost brand new and cosy home. A big thank you to Tony and Cathryn from Rezt & Relax.

I chance upon rest and relax when I am searching for interior designer, I took a leap and faith and decided to try their service. I am being serve by Tony and Dylan. From the very beginning, Tony showcase his knowledge and professionalism. He also gave me extremely valuable advice to help me to achieve my dream design. During the actual process of renovation, the progress is also extremely smooth, we are able to meet all the tight timeline that I have set. This is all thanks to extreme hard work of Dylan who is on-site almost everyday. This give me a total peace of mind and I do not have to worry anything about the renovation. Tony and Dylan are both extremely responsive too, they even reply to my question even though it is after their working hours. The dedication and hard work is impressive. The level of service goes beyond making profit, I believe they truly want to deliver 100% client satisfaction. What are he major problems buyers has when purchasing a resale apartment? It's crucial to keep an eye out for significant infrastructure damage that could provide a risk to future safety or cost more to fix. For instance, buyers should be concerned about fixtures like cracked walls and sloppy cabinet and door hinges. My resale flat has all the above. We even have to pull down the previous owner's decor to make place for my child room. Under Tony's and MK's direction and guidance. They were very patient as they listened to our issues. Their comprehensive design illustrations and breakdown renovation cost on our resale flat allowed us to see how it would look and how much it would cost that helped our finances planning. No corners are cut during renovating!!! They went above to remedy problems that left over from previous sellers, such as wall leaks during raining, uneven floors, or walls…. etc. We've found our top interior designer!
