Final Project - Photoshop Composite
For this project, I was tasked with combining four unrelated 'objects' to make an interesting composition. I was given forest, fish, tool, and glow stick. I researched, and found four images that could be combined, and I began my work.
Throughout this project, I was able to experiment with and utilize a few of Photoshop's features that I was unfamiliar with when starting the assignment. During the duration of the project, I got increasingly comfortable with masking images, which I did for each subject matter. Not to mention I was able to practice lighting and perspective in Photoshop, in relation to the objects I placed on my work. To add on, I learned how to create an oil painting effect, which I enjoyed doing for this project due to the surrealism feel it gave to the work.
With all the functions I used for this final project in Photoshop, I was able to accomplish the look of a unique and "fantasy feeling" composition, with a result that still looked realistic in terms of the lighting, placement, and perspective.
