Children's Museum Project: Annie's Lab
The purpose of this project was to create an updated system/game for the children at the museum. The previous system was a bit older and outdated.
I gathered some information and began working on user personas. Below is the information collected:
-Ages 6-10
-Wants more engagement and rewards for the interactive web screens
-Updated software
-4x3 screens to model off of
-90 seconds to 4 minutes of interaction
-Don’t have to stick too closely to the previous model
-Keep the interactivity between screens
-Wants different generations to be involved in the interaction
-Be more accessible

I then got started on creating mock ups of what the design might look like. I knew I wanted to go a more cartoonish route because the target audience is very young and that tends to appeal to them more. I began with the idea to have it timed and have both users compete against each other but after speaking to the client, they preferred I not do a competition.
I then got started on revisions and worked on the final copy of what the game would look like for users. All images are from Adobe Stock
