A visual representation of what my own depression has made me feel.
My body is heavy and stiff like rocks.
My feet in transformation to a rock like structure, soon unable to stand.
My arms feel as though they do not move or work; are they even there?
A deep crack across my chest represents the feeling of unexplained heartbreak and rawness.
And the surrounding rocks that try to encase me are the ever demanding jobs of everyday that seem so much bigger than myself when I feel so small.
