Goal: My goal was to tell our story of success and showcase the awards our IT consulting firm has won.

Idea: We wanted to share what made us successful and why people love working here. I also aimed to demonstrate, using numbers and quotes from our team, why we're such a great place to work.

Target Audience: The "Awards" section is tailored for people who might want to work here. It's meant to show our company as a friendly place to work. I wrote it in a way that's easy to understand, with catchy headings. I also made sure it's not too much text and split it into smaller parts.

My Role: I spearheaded the content gathering efforts for our career page. This involved delving into our company's history over the past three years, analyzing survey data to uncover compelling insights, and collecting testimonials from our team members. Additionally, I coordinated the visual elements, including capturing images of our awards. Ultimately, the decision-making process regarding the subpage's content and design fell under my purview. I collaborated with a UX Designer in Figma to bring the vision to life.
