Brief: Launch Pincode in Bengaluru. 

Challenge: The app works on the ONDC network. Unfortunately, we can't compete with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Dunzo and Big Basket on time. We were facing delivery issues due to our dependency on third-party delivery vendors. All the mentioned apps use puns in their comms. We had to differentiate our TOV with these campaign. 

So, we decided to speak the truth.
