This case study focuses on a project aimed at optimizing conversion rates through redesigning the website structure, it's content and implementing new branding for a gym management software platform.

Research
The primary objective of this project is to increase conversion rates for the gym management software by enhancing user experience through a revamped mega menu structure, content and branding strategy. A four-hour long discovery workshop was conducted to gather crucial insights and information.
