Ego Sips Alone is the first release of several videos of an upcoming saga called Animus. In saga I take an approach to different subject matter from the perspectives of our minds, hearts, and spirits with each being personified. Here within ESA is Cõr, keeper of the Heart. 

With this video I offer a space of reflection allowing many perspectives to be experienced.
Within ESA, I take a look at dopamine and the effects it has upon us. Both our egos and hearts feed off of it; typically, they both find pleasure in the same things. However, they're our times when they will disagree and sometimes one may take it too far. A drunkenness of pleasure that can impair their judgement and even ignore one another. To a point where it's hard for on to face the other when it's time to sit and reflect on our choices that we made. Anytime an ego is mentioned it is assumed that it is self-serving, but is the heart any different?
