Aastha - Yellow Saree
Aastha hails from the heart of India, the famous heritage city of Jaipur. She has a deep love for yoga and all relevant fitness activities. A compassionate and versatile teacher, Aastha is extremely dedicated to her craft. She has successfully completed her education in the International Yoga Course and Masters in Yoga, both courses delving deeper into yoga through a teacher training course covering everything from philosophy to various asanas and meditation techniques.
But Aastha doesn’t just think about yoga; she also has an interest in dance, devoting a large part of her career to both Indian classical and Western styles. She always tries to combine her love for both yoga and dance.
When she teaches yoga, she doesn’t just focus on the serious stuff, of course; she shares all the knowledge she has acquired, but she also wants her students to find happiness and balance and stay away from mental and physical discomforts. So she encourages them to move their bodies and enjoy being mindful.
