Really enjoyed designing the UI of such a successful app as I got to learn about the hidden UX aspects of it.
I know WhatsApp UI is boring, but the main thing which inspired me was the audio recording and cancelling animation.
The microphone pops up and lands in the bin when you cancel the audio recording :)
