The Real Superhero
I've promised my boss, Kinsey Farmer, a handmade gift for her office. For this Hackathon, I made her a personalized name sign using wood and acrylic. This project is a gesture of appreciation for Kinsey's mentorship. Handcrafting adds a personal touch, and the Hackathon adds excitement to showcasing my skills, as I've made projects like this before.
Process:
Sketch/Brainstorming
2D Render using SolidWorks that would later be cut on a laser cutter.
Frame around plywood made out of foamcore
Main background with name outlined for precision.
Integration
Letters were cut out for 3D effect
