VA Avurudu Campaign 2023

I had the pleasure of collaborating with VA Distilleries to create a vibrant social media campaign celebrating the rich traditions and joyous spirit of the Sri Lankan New Year.

Concept: The campaign aimed to evoke a sense of nostalgia and cultural pride through a series of eye-catching visuals. The artworks incorporated iconic Avurudu elements like firecrackers and avurudu sweetmeats.

My Role: As the photographer for this project, I was responsible for capturing the essence of the Avurudu spirit through a series of photographs that would resonate with VA Distilleries' Sri Lankan audience.

Results: The final social media posts were a delightful blend of tradition and contemporary aesthetics. They successfully captured the essence of Sri Lankan Avurudu and resonated strongly with VA Distilleries' target audience.
