Lake City EMT's Circle Logo
The assignment centered around creating circle logos, a departure from the typical non-circular designs. It provided a valuable lesson in precisely spacing and aligning curved text within circular shapes. Three distinct variations emerged: encircling the outer edge like a donut, encompassing the outer perimeter, and positioning in the center, with the text or logo shaped to conform to the circular theme.
My inspiration for this project stemmed from a recent client engagement where I had the opportunity to redesign the logo for an EMT program in Lake City, Colorado. Drawing upon this experience, I saw an opportunity to offer them a bonus—a set of innovative circle logos. This assignment not only refined my design skills but also allowed me to provide additional value to a client I had previously worked with.
