Designing a small apartment for a rental property with a focus on practicality and functionality involves maximizing every inch of space to ensure it meets the needs of tenants.
Vertical space is utilized effectively to maximize storage and functionality. This includes installing wall-mounted shelves or racks for storing books, decor items, or kitchen utensils.
The majority of the furniture were produced by local Ukrainian manufacturers.
Dark gray and beige are classic, timeless colors that exude elegance and sophistication. Their neutral nature provides a versatile backdrop for any style of decor, making it easy to adapt to changing trends over time. Dark gray adds depth and richness to the space, creating a sense of coziness and warmth, especially in smaller rooms where a lighter color scheme might feel too stark or sterile. Beige tones complement the gray by softening the overall palette and adding warmth without overpowering the space.
The contrast between dark gray and beige tones adds visual interest and dimension to the apartment.
