Created as a visual interpretation of the cliche phrase “as un-avoidable as death and taxes.” Of Death and Taxes sets a more comedic imagery for the phrase. Unfortunately for this poor reaper, eternity with the IRS is looking pretty grim. The initial thumbnails and sketches were done on procreate as well as the color theory and final product.
