Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina tapped Capstrat to create a campaign that would ignitea new discussion. TV spots along with other on-and off-line initiatives, used humor (specifically, goats!) to draw attention to a topic that most people find dry at best, and dauntingly off-putting at worst. Viewers were driven to a website that fosters open exchanges about rising medical costs while providing helpful 3rd-party information.
