This is the Paper Prototype project!
We were tasked with making a paper product (I chose to make glasses and a glasses holder) using techniques involving folding, cutting, rolling, tearing, and scrunching. We couldn't use any adhesive for this product, forcing us to get creative and problem solve .
These are the thumbnails I made theorized what they would look and how I would go about making it, I ended up deciding to go down the deign route of thumbnail #5.
Then I made 3 different prototypes experimenting with different
types of paper and cutting techniques.
This is the final design of my glasses and envelope! I even added a neat little design on the glasses based on 80's colors and shapes, since the glasses
look like they'd fit that aesthetic.
