Inspired by my childhood in Portugal, when I used to live by the seaside in a small fishing town called Furadouro and see the fishermen pull their daily catch out of the water.

This piece was my first project minted on the online platform/gallery Superrare, and was subsequently sold to a private collector.

This piece was a turning point in my practice and how it gave me the confidence to create more ambitious paintings.
