About Shawarma For Good
Shawarma for Good is a social enterprise that originated in November 2023 powered by Seedr NGO. Our work focuses primarily on the MENA region, we aim to address two specific issues:
Firstly, we aim to tackle the limited access to fair economic opportunities and the lack of decent work conditions. We want to help aspiring social entrepreneurs start their food-related businesses by providing them with access to funding, training, and mentoring. We particularly want to support the
“street entrepreneurs” who are often excluded from traditional funding mechanisms.
Secondly, we aim to address the increased number of families affected by hunger or food deprivation. We collaborate with local partners to provide meals for underprivileged families. Our goal is to make a positive impact on the communities we serve.
