I managed the ARBO & FLORA project as a Project Manager at Elephant Skin during 2022. The project was developed by Plaenge Londrina, a well-known developer and construction company in Paraná, Brazil.
As the Project Manager, my main responsibility was to establish a strong connection between the client and the project team. I ensured that all project components were delivered on time, coordinated with all teams involved, maintained clear communication, ensured organization, and ensured a smooth project workflow from start to finish.
The project involved several aspects, including branding concept, CGI illustration (still renderings, floorplans), and film production.
