On July 1st, UNESCO added Ukrainian borscht to the list of intangible cultural heritage objects in need of protection. Ukrainian borsch is an integral part of Ukrainian culture: it is dedicated to holidays and a number of local borsch festivals. The variety of ingredients and methods of cooking borsch allows for an unlimited number of recipes, each of which is unique: whether it's with pork ribs and smoked pear, or even fish borsch.

    This is my variation of a print featuring our favorite dish - borsch. Here is a print design for scarves and twills for the women's clothing brand SYNONYMS.
