Traditionally an internal project, the Sherman Police Department wanted to step up there annual report to highlight the growing organization. As the city of Sherman, Texas is growing fast, the SPD wanted to better illustrate to the community, it's meeting and exceeding its needs. A new more graphical annual report more easily communicates the SPD's efforts and helps build trust with the department. The SPD also needed to attract new recruits do to growing competition from other surrounding communities. Stepping up the design of communication materials is helping the SPD make that effort more successful by increasing a positive perception.
