The project is located in an isolated residential area with synchronous planning of house structure. The interior space is designed to ensure compliance with the investor's requirements and existing planning.
Three generations live together and a minimum of four bedrooms is required. The ground floor changes the traditional design with a staircase in the middle of the house with a staircase on the side. The main space is smooth from the living room area to the dining room and kitchen. The grandparents' bedroom is located on the ground floor and has direct access to the garden. The side stairs create a buffer layer that reduces solar radiation deep into the bedroom area.
The three bedrooms are designed seamlessly, the special feature is that there is a bedroom that is not used often. From there, this led to the solution of one shared bathroom for two bedrooms. The top floor is for the altar room and the bedrooms of nephews and nieces, leading directly to the terrace area.
The facade was redesigned in a modern tropical style. Green patches intertwine with natural surface materials, creating a feeling of interference between tradition and modernity.
