J'ai beaucoup aimé la région de Chibougamau. C'est une petite ville du Québec très isolée au milieu de la nature et des bois. Il y a beaucoup de bucherons qui y vivent. Les habitants ont été évacués en 2023 à cause des incendies de forêt qui menaçaient d'atteindre la ville. Heureusement ça n'a pas eu lieu et la population a pu retrouver son habitat.
I really liked Chibougamau's region. It's a very isolated small town in Quebec in the middle of nature and woods. There are a lot of lumberjacks living there. The residents were evacuated in 2023 because of the forest fires that threatened to reach the city. Fortunately this did not happen and the population was able to get back to its habitat.
Non loin de Chibougamau se trouve le village Cri d'Oujé-Bougoumou. Les Cris sont les autochtones de la région et ont leur propre écriture.
Not far from Chibougamau is Oujé-Bougoumou Cree village. Crees are the natives of the region and have their own writing.
