On April 15th, at 6:22 PM, the Springdale Fire Department was dispatched to the smell of smoke at the Springdale Public Library. Upon arrival, the building had been evacuated and units investigated the roof and interior of the building. No smoke or flame was found and the cause of the smell was not determined, though a possible unconfirmed cause is an electrical panel or HVAC malfunction.
