Penguin Random House hired me in the beginning of 2023 to update the book titles and Christopher Paolini's name for the new run of his best-seller fantasy novels in his “Inheritance Cycle” series, including a new entry into the series entitled "Murtagh".
It was a pleasure getting to have some of my lettering paired up with the paintings of the extremely talented artist, John Jude Palencar. The effects on the lettering, secondary typography, and layout were done by the in-house team at Penguin Random House. The final books had the titles embossed and foiled.
You can find these in stores and online everywhere now. There are also illustrated editions and special editions floating around with alternate covers.
