Redesign for Ryabovskaya Manufactory in Moscow

Ryabovskaya manufactory – a large textile and dyeing factory, dates back to the XVII century. Initially, it was a complex of production workshops and industrial buildings of light industry. Over time, it became an office center.

In 2022, the territory passed to a private owner, who undertook the renovation of buildings and turned them into a modern business center.

Our task was to develop the concept of facades and design major repairs of part of the buildings. In the proposed concept, we tried to preserve the historical features, beautiful red brick, but at the same time create a fashionable and stylish loft-style space. 

The buildings house restaurants, shops, offices, hotels, studios and coworking spaces.
