PAUL VERBNJAK AND VOLKSWAGEN COMMERCIAL VEHICLES

For this project, I was contacted by Volkswagen Nutzfarhzeuge (VW Commercial Vehicles) here in Austria, to shoot a "story" for the Volkswagen Media Site.
Paul Verbnjak is an up-and-coming Austrian ski mountaineering (ski touring) athlete. His vehicle requirements can be a bit of a challenge, as several criteria have to be met. He needs space, he needs practicality, and he needs a reliable car that will take him where he needs to go, whether he is hauling his bike into the countryside for off-season training, or whether he is headed into the Alps with a boot full of winter gear.
This is where his partnership with Volkswagen comes in. Since November 2023, Paul has been a brand ambassador for Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles. To say that Paul is stoked with his VW Caddy Maxi 4MOTION would be an understatement.
Not only an elite athlete with extraordinary physical capabilities (climbing 600m in elevation in about 20 minutes), Paul is also an incredibly kind and humble guy.
It was an absolute pleasure shooting with him.
