Inspired by the serene beauty of St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery, my piece 'Veil of Secrets' explores an interaction between a girl and spirit guardians. This Goan cemetery's atmosphere inspired my focus on ethereal lighting and texture. Employing digital painting, I meticulously captured light diffusing through fog, emphasizing the focal point, that is the relic, achieving the effect of emitting light. My technique involved balancing the tangible texture of stone with the subtlety of fog-affected light, creating the suggestion of an enchanting interplay.
