Oreo Campaign

Art Nouveau

From the beginning, our agency has been making analyses of the history of the advertising industry. We first familiarized ourselves with the Art Nouveau style. Then we selected a famous poster created in the Art Nouveau style, which we recreated with appropriate characteristics of the era, only replacing the product with Oreo cookies.

Art Deco

The next style in the history of advertising that we familiarized ourselves with is Art Deco. As with the previous occasion, we chose a poster from a well-known artist, conducted an analysis, and based on that, created the advertising poster for our agency, this time using AI.

Scientific advertising campaign

The third task consisted in the creation of an advertising campaign as in the 30s or 40s. Our team created a campaign of three advertisements for different media: Radio, newspaper, cinema (script and storyboard).
We created the campaign this time based by Claude C. Hopkins's classic, Scientific Advertising. It's considered a well-known model in the field of advertising and marketing.

Information we used from the book:

Incorporate the word "free" prominently in the coupon to attract attention.
Consider mentioning distributors to incentivize them to stock the product.
Maintain a consistently positive tone in advertisements.
Create an inviting atmosphere.
Incorporate music or a song into advertisements.
Ensure familiarity and consistency across all advertising formats.
Emphasize positive attributes of the product.
Include a clear call to action.
Use urgency-inducing language to prompt immediate purchase.
Tailor the style to resonate with the target audience.
Encourage consumers to follow the crowd.
Use bold, prominent fonts to highlight key elements.
Choose a brand name with significance and benefits.

Radio script:

Oh! it’s 7:00 am and my husband and the kids have to leave For a strong morning, let’s give them an oreo bisc.
They are soft and sweet, great for everyone in the family!
Oreo, Oreo, the taste is so fine. For the school and to work, it’s a sign. In lunchpails and briefcases, it alone finds its way. It’s black but it still brightens the day.

Life changes. Oreos don’t.
For over many years Oreo has been your family’s favorite cookies. Pass it on.
Oreo. For the sweet moments.
