Every time you pick up a tennis ball to bend over the waist. However, if you have tennis ball picker, it is easy. Tennis picker is sticker that is attached with Velcro. Put this sticker on a tennis racket, and press down and lift a ball, the ball will be attached to Velcro and you can pick it up.
