We executed the entire event for the momentous occasion, making the merger a remarkable celebration for everyone right from the stakeholders to the International delegates from Suedpack who were a part of the event.

To execute an event of this magnitude, one needs more than just resources. We executed the entire event with vigorous planning that started 3 months before the event day. Right from taking inputs from the enthusiastic clients to preparing a mood-board of the designs and the layout of the entire event was well managed by our team. It took multiple site visits to cover the immensely sprawling 46,943 square meters of area to ensure that the entire event experience was smooth and hassle-free.

It was the perfect day for one of the most significant mergers in the flexible packaging industry. To give the International delegates a feel of India and its culture we welcomed them with hostesses offering garlands to the guests. The setup of the main stage had an LED wall in the background wherein members from Kamakshi Flexiprints and Suedpack gave important presentations and laid forward the path for the future. The auspicious occasion was also marked with a Pooja at the factory to add divine blessings to the business. Guests were given a walkthrough of the plant wherein they got to see the state-of-the-art infrastructure of the plant along with its machines.
