"Second Instance" is a project based off of Artie Vierkan's writing titled "The Image Object". I took a image from the series "Dialectics" and made it onto a plush sign. My goal with not just the plush but all the signs is to make an image inviting but also make the viewer question themselves. The plush style sign looks odd and welcoming at first but then you are greeted with the quote "is a man not entitled to the sweat of his brow?"
