These cards were created for a business game. There were some barriers described (blue cards) as well as some solutions (green cards). My role was to visualize the ideas which were described by words.

So I began with sketches and ideas for each cards. There are some of them

Not all of sketches turned to final art, of course. Then it was work to find colors that will go with the background color, and finally, vector art for all the cards. Here you can see some examples.
